A bespoke project
The collaboration with Qatar Museums Family & Schools Programme propelled this shared vision of an exploratory artistic process. Over a series of 10 artistic sessions, the Year 4 student at Doha College let their creative energy be vulnerable and enable unexpected possibilities. A large-scale artwork culminated the sessions and highlighted endangered animals. Yet, the most valuable outcome was each student’s continued reflections on their own creative process.
I was granted the flexibility to design the book below to summarise the collaboration; it features photos, quotes, and reflections of/from the students. To close the project, the students shared their learning and artistic process with their families and community of teachers.
Documenting the Process: The Artistic Approach
